Ms is just Ms, a feminist option blurring distinction between Mrs and Miss.
Mrs is Missus or Missis
Mr is just Mister.

There is no unabbreviated version of Ms. It's just "Ms."

And Miss has no abbreviation.

Mr. = Mister
Mrs. = Missus or (originally) Mistress
