This is a depressing fact that once we are born the only certainty is that we will die, but we all have to learn how to deal with it. Many use religion, many ignore it, and most teenagers think it will never come.
You put this question under depression so your reason is a personal one. You already know that nothing lasts forever so you are actually crying out for help. But, you aren't giving us any details so we can help. Find someone who you trust and talk with them. Pain is easier when it is shared.
Note: When you change something from matter to energy or from energy to matter it is totally different, the change has in effect destroyed it. Look at the way we know to change matter into energy; nuclear bombs, hydrogen bombs; and the action inside of stars. They are pretty destructive operations and there is little doubt that the matter is destroyed when it is changed into energy.

Everything that is here will be here in one form or another. All of the water that is on the planet is the same water from 100 billion years ago. When something dies off plant or animal the moisture evaporates in to the air, then condenses and comes back in the rain. Everything of carbon even you will still be here, just not in the same form as you were.

Memories last forever, good and bad.
Youth doesn't last forever, too bad.
Some things last forever, somethings
we're glad they don't last forever.

Couple of thoughts here.
One: Matter cannot be created or destroyed, it just changes form.
Two: Therefore, things last forever, but they change form.
Three: Things are impermanent, as that is the nature of life.
Change is inevitable.

Things may come and go and perhaps dissappear, but you can keep them in your heart and mind (memories, ect.) and if they meant alot to you they will last as long as you choose to remember them.
