Mine is my brother and mother...
brother and I just never got along, throughout my whole life.

My mom wished I'd die in Iraq but her wish was not granted (thank God)...lol

Your mom should be ashamed of herself. No mother should ever say that to her child. She doesn't deserve you as a son. I'm glad you made it out of Iraq and thank you for risking your life serving your country ( just assumed you were military, correct me if I am wrong).
Back to the question , My biological father, who divorced my mom before i was born and refused to have anything to do with me. He forced my mom at gunpoint ( not joking!)to sign over custody of my sister ( I know now it was invalid because of the coersion involved and he should have gone to jail but my mom wasn't the most savvy person. I guess she didn't think there was anything she could do. She wasn't a strong person). He seperated my sister and myself, then proceded to give her to his mother to raise. Years later I find out from my sister that he molested her. I guess I dodged a bullet there, his not wanting me was the best thing he could have ever done for me. I wish my sister could have stayed with me and wouldn't have had to be subjected to his perversion. My mom died( suicide) when I was 6 ( which I also assign part of the blame to him , she never recovered from losing my sister to him and had endured much abuse at his hand) That put an end to all hope of my sister being taken away from that evil SOB. She is a very troubled person and I blame him. He is a life ruiner. If I came upon him drowning I would stand there and watch. If he was trapped in a burning building I would let him fry. If he needed CPR performed on him I would not do it nor would I call for help (Nursing license be damned). When he had his hip replaced I laughed, when my sister told me he was having serious medical problems I said there is Karma at work. No man is more deserving and I hope his death is long, drawn out and very painful. I think you get my point by now. He is the only person in the world I truly despise. Whne he dies I will travel the 800 or so miles to go to his funeral in a red dress and bring him dead flowers.

I come from a close family so we all still talk to each other. We are missing my dad who passed away from colon cancer in 2002... =(
I hate to hear that about your family and I'm sure glad her wish did not come true too! I really enjoy your questions and answers! Maybe she didn't really mean that if she did say it?! Could she have just been upset or just going through some very strong emotions with you leaving to go to Iraq?! I have an 8 yr old and I cannot imagine him telling me he's going to fight in war. I'd be a basket case too! lol! =)

Yeah I have a cousin that hates me to the core of my being. The truth is I'm not really sure why she hates me the way that she does. I hate it that your mom feels that way. I have a grandmother that feels the same way about me that your mother feels about you. I look at you as a hero because you went over there to keep us safe.

I don't talk to my whole side, grew up in a violent abusive home, where my brother got really messed up on drugs and is hard to relate to, and my younger bro I don't talk to b/c he thinks my bro and I are are lying only b/c they support his sorry *ss and he is 7 yrs younger than us and doesn't remember nor wants to.

I talk to one aunt, the rest live in Scotland and don't keep in touch with us b/c they think we're really f*cked up.

My cousin because her husband wanted to pay one of his friends 100 dollars to shoot me. He said I was too spoiled and needed to be taught a lesson in life. He said all this to my grandmother and she told him to get the hell out of her house and that she never wanted to see them again.

My dad. Unlike some people, I don't don't give someone endless chances just to have have them hurt me all over again. I know when I've had enough.
