What size bed do I have? I put 2 twin beds together but I have queen size sheets and they don't fit. What size is it?

king size you can get an "insta king" at bed bath and beyond which is a foam piece to fill the space between the mattresses

a King...twin is 39" wide and a king is 76-78" wide...a queen is 60" wide so your sheets are too small.
