That might be hard to come by. However, at your local University in your state there might be a chance at the higher University level, that they offer courses on how to take the TOEFL exam. I know for sure they do it for Social Work exams.
So call your University education department and ask them this question. Otherwise, signing up for the TOEFL class wouldn't be such a bad idea.

OK, I could do that. How much were you planning on paying for this service ? Please advise amount, and method of payment. Naturally, I will need a deposit to begin the program.
