The question is a bit ambiguous. A yard is a measure of length, a sq. ft. is a measure of area.

If you mean "How many sq. ft. is in 124 sq. yds.?", just multiply by 9.

There are 9 square feet in a square yard so multiply 124 by 9 which gets 1119 square feet.
