For whatever reason I have a problem thinking about limbs being bent the wrong way it really grosses me out!

Broken limbs doesn't necessarily mean death though...

I would say being in those scenarios where they THINK you are dead but really you can see, hear and feel everything and they start to autopsy you. You just can't do anything about it because of some poison or something makes you perfectly still. THAT HAS TO BE THE WORST.

I used to work DATS transport for the county morgue. DATS means dead at the scene. The one memorable pick up I had was a motorcyclist who according to police reports was intoxicated and speeding around a downtown city curve He lost control, broad sided a metal pole in the middle of the street that divided the lanes. His body skidded nearly 400 feet, his bike skidded over 600. When I picked up his remains to put on the gurney, his head felt like shattered egg shells, his spine was fractured in places that poked out of the skin. Oh yeah, I had to walk back to that bent pole to pick up his leg that was severed at the hip and was stuck there. No death is funny.

Being burnt to death, drowned, or suffocated. All of which are very odd because I am strangely drawn to fires, any kind of body of water and I swim fairly well, and I love tight places (I can remember sleeping under the sink in a motel because I was just the right size).

I think the worst way to die would be to get Lou Gehrig's disease or Altzheimer's. Either would be horrible, but Lou Gehrig's would be worse because you slow lose control of your muscles until your heart finally stops. My grandmother died of it before I was born, and I can't begin to imagine how much she suffered.

I think that dying alone and lonely would be the worst... Someone mentioned that a co-worker was sick and in the hospital... I went to visit him and the nurses said that he had never had a visitor in the entire month he was there dying... The hospital had contacted his family, but, they never came... I visited him everyday after that, until he died...

taken to the desert with all the clothes removed, staked out over an ant hill, covered with honey and the eye lids cut off with rawhide thongs on the arms and legs along with the throat soaked in water.

The worst way is slowly in a lot of pain
The funniest and probably best way is heart attack because of a screamingly spectacular orgasm with the person you love and pledged to love "til death do us part"

the worst way for me would be suffocating or drowning. because, especially with drowning, if you're struggling and you can't get up, you actually have to make the conscious effort to let water into your lungs because your lungs feel like they're going to implode.

i have asthma, so suffocating seems very real to me.
