Area of triangle is half the base times the height.

a = 1/2 * b * h
a = 1/2 * 30 * 20
a = 300 square feet

The area of the front of the cabin is 300 square feet. If glass costs $3 per square foot, the cost would be $3 * 300 = $900.

The answer is $900.

You will never look at this, but if you do, just remember in the simplest terms, an equilateral triangle is half of a rectangle. Know how to get the area of a rectangle. Good. Multiply by cost per sq. foot because ft x ft = ft^2
