I'm going to assume we're talking bug bite. And I'm going to figure it itches like crazy. There could be a couple of different answers here. One would be the middle of your back...that spot you can't reach from the top or the bottom.
The other would be someplace more intimate. If you were home, eh, no problem. But if you were out and about it could be awkward to want, no need, to scratch this place and not be able to do so.
