Look at it this way.

1. How much energy will it take to confront and fight the issue?

2. Will it result in any effectual change? If it does, to what degree? Enough to make the time and effort worthwhile?

Sometimes, "turning the other cheek" is not just the wise thing to do, it can be a method of self-preservation.

Unfair is a part of life. Injustice is a bit more serious.

It mostly depends on you. Is the effort worth the expected reward, if any?

An earlier response mentioned "beating a dead horse". If you have to beat that dead horse into a pate.......it's not worth your time.

You have more important things to do.

Thank goodness someone fought all the unfairness in the past, or we would never have evolved as far as we have come. Its hard to know when to stop, but I think there is still unfairness in this world worth fighting, and I hope to do it politely and in a positive way.

When something is unfair, it is ALWAYS....ALWAYS worth confronting & fighting for.

When it matters not a whit about the outcome, because there are just some things that you can't control or influence. I would rather use my energy in a positive way, like looking for some tasty food or talking with friends that have no hidden agendas.

Everything is unfair. If you don't pick your battles, you'll be emotionally exhausted all the time. Your instinct will tell you when fight needs to win out over flight.

The fact that I am getting the short end of the stick when it comes to my divorce. I knew it wouldn't be easy, but I am so tired of fighting. That's why I'm getting it. I know I'll get by with what I've got.

There is so much unfairness is this world of ours, one almost has to pick and chose.....if you can get things righted, go for it...if not, let someone else do it and you go for what you can handle..you're not alone, we are all here to help,,,and just maybe we can right this one for you....
