it seems like I have to run my IE repair every other day or so,why is that? I have all the updates/service packs and everything,even run anti-spy/virus regularly.

I am afraid it is a Microsoft feature. If you are really sick of that try a free Firefox download. If you try it and prefer it you are out of the Internet Explorer world of woes.

Do yourself a favor, dump Internet Explorer. Go get Firefox: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
