Don't trust what anyone says, take it down to the court house and have them verify it.

Orders are not good unless the judge has signed them. Check with the courthouse to see if they have a signed copy of the order.

Ask a lawyer to help you look at the papers. It may be a proposed settlement. If you don't agree with what they are saying then you don't have to sign. If you don't understand don't sign.

No if it has not been signed then the judge has not seen the papers. Until they are signed they are not in effect.

Ask your lawyer, you do have one? Court orders usually say "filed" and a date stamp, or something.

And yeah, what Rhonda said!!
