Not unless they are air shocks. Raising is normally done with springs. If you are planning on raising it fairly high, then you need more parts than just springs and shocks. You would need a lift kit. Skjacker has kits for different cars and trucks. good luck.

Nope. Not by any appreciable amount; it will only settle to the stock location. You've got to put new or helper springs, airshocks, or a lift kit in order to do it! Sorry!

You might get the illusion of a lift. However you will not have any added off-road capabilities. You may harm your daily driving safety.
