No Republican that has any brains would ask for Bush for support in 2008. Bush's support of Amnesty shot all Republicans in the foot for 2008.

It depends on which group of voters you are seeking support from.
If you are campaigning to people from a small town in Alabama or Utah he would be an asset.
If you are making a televised event in New York City or to the entire nation he would be a detriment.

when you consider the damage inflicted on american society by the clinton..."legacy" and that many liberal extremists, similar to you, are readily seeking eight more years of it with hilllary, i seriously doubt that an honest answer to this question will matter. a more basic one for you might be to ask when its the best time to change your meds.
