BMO has a policy. I was refused on a porduct I know is available and was told it is only for new imagrants. Why must I continue to suffer the consiquice of being a victum of fraud but, anyone can move here and recive more help then I have EVER gotten. Why am I a bottom feeder on my own land.

Some of you are missing the fact that I said I am Paying for my own credit. I have a bad credit history based on a fraud case. And Life goes on. I was trying to move on........ I had the money! I know the product is available !(I worked in the industry)!!!! AND I WAS DENIED. please take the time to really READ>

There are benefits which are provided new immigrants which are not available to others. Apparently its done with the goal of giving them a leg up.
If the watch the variety of groups represented on CBC and in advertising are part of this inclusive effort.

Were you trying to get credit or buy a product for which you had cash? if you were trying to get credit you admitted in your question that you have bad credit. While it may not be your fault the likelihood of you getting credit is very small until resolved. If it is cash for a product, I still don't believe you.

I have to say that most places give out credit cards without much thought these days so I have a hard time believing your story.
