Why do you need to relocate when you have no money at all?
If it is for a new job, ask if your new employer can loan you the amount up front, and you repay with paycheck withdrawals.
If you are going back to parents, I'm sure they will loan you the amount, then you can pay them back as your financial fortunes improve.
If you just want to get out of Dodge and ride into the sunset for a better life --- then yep, you have a problem. Maybe friends will help you out, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
