If you can't afford a new tank, go to your local pet stores and see if they will sell you a used tank. Make sure the tank has only been used for fish as something with rodents or reptiles in it might have been cleaned with soap or detergent or other fish-killing product. Save as much water as you can from the old tank, along with the substrate (gravel) and all the DIRTY filter media so that you're transferring your healthy bacteria colony into the new tank. Tie your fish into large bags with plenty of air in them and float them in the new tank while you give the filter about 45 min to get a head start on the muck. I've had this happen before and was successful moving everyone without losing a fish. Good Luck!
Edit on the purchase of a used tank:
I used to work for a privately owned pet store, but any of the chain stores should have something they could sell you more cheaply. A lot of the time they have extra tanks set aside for quarantine or if a customer comes back in to surrender a fish. Call around. FAST! The seams could split on your tank!

That sucks. Get the fish into the biggest container you can find (an empty bucket), fill it with tankwater, and the fish. Take the tank filter and move it to the bucket along with the heater. Try to drain the tank ASAP to prevent water damage, and see if you can find instructions online on how to seal the tank back up.
Now I will lecture about tank stocking. In your 60 gallon tank, you have enough room for 1 Oscar. You went above and beyond the tank's capacity, you have 2 Oscars (that will attack each other and the Jack Dempsey), a Jack Dempsey (that will be beaten to death), a Pacu (that gets 4 feet long), and a Pleco (that gets 2 feet long). Now I will break down each fish's adult size.
Oscar- 16-18 inches each
Jack Dempsey-10-14 inches
Pacu- 4 feet (48 inches)
Pleco- 2 feet (24 inches)
All of those fish need to be moved out except for 1 Oscar OR the Jack Dempsey (both of them can't stay, it's one or the other). By keeping such massive fish in such a small space, there will be constant fighting, horrible water quality, and stunting. Stunting is when the fish stays the same size, but the internal organs continue to grow, leading to organ failure and a miserable, premature death. Your 55 gallon tank is just as crowded, only enough room for one Oscar with no other fish. Time for you to start making classified ads!

If you put them into your 55, the fish will all be fin to fin, and not able to move at all. And there would be some really ugly fights.

I would suggest that you repair your tank, but the fact that you have a pacu tells me that you need a new tank anyway. The pacu will grow 20" or more, and it won't take a long time for it to happen. I have seen them 3 1/2' long and about 8" wide. A pacu will bust that tank wide open eventually, assuming you don't poison him first. You really should try to find a 6' long tank, preferrably a 180 gallon or more. There are lots of people trying to sell used fish equipment on ebay and other auction sites. You say you don't have any money to get a new tank, so my guess is that it is out of the question. This leaves you with the same option that 99.9% of all pacu owners have: take it back to the store that was stupid enough to sell it to you. Tell them that they had no business selling this monster to someone who only had a 60 gallon tank. Don't expect to get anything for it, because pacus are virtually worthless. Just be glad if they offer to take it off your hands.

Outside of getting a new or used tank tank (and even if do this one can still be repaired), here are a few basic repair steps:
With a good silicone, you can perform a few repairs yourself.
For an older tank that is starting to leak (no broken glass), this can be repaired following these basic steps:
[1] Empty aquarium
[2] Remove ALL old silicone with a razor blade
[3] Clean and prepare surface with fine sandpaper.
[4] Make sure all surfaces are dry.
[5] Apply silicone (a caulking gun works best), making .5 (or smaller) cm. bead in the inside edges.
[6] Tighten all outside corners with strong reinforced dust tape. For tanks over 75 gallons I recommend wooden clamps.
[7] Immediately uses your index finger to smooth ALL inside edge beads into a smooth surface, quickly wiping away excess silicone.
[8] Your repair is complete in 48 hours.
For more information about aquarium repair and what makes a good silicone for this, please read this article:

Wow...that tank is a little overstocked. Anyways, if you can find where it is leaking from you can get aquarium silicone to patch it. You will need to drain your tank to do this however, so a temporary holding place for the fish is needed.
