If I was pregnant then found out they would be born that way I'd still have the child. But if it's before then no way. I would adopt instead, which is something I wanna do anyways (and have my own children if I can).
I have and uncle who married a women with who knows how many medical problems that run through her family, and they have 3 kids. ALL of them have I think about 6 medical conditions, which their parents knew would happen. All 3 of my cousins are constantly in and out of hospitals, and their parents are in so much debt because of the medical bills. The oldest was supposed to die when she was little. They did that whole make a wish thing for her. Luckily she's still alive (she's16 or 17 now) but she still has all these problems she has to deal with the rest of her life, including her younger siblings. I know one of them had a seizure not too long ago due to his health problems. They both knew she had these problems yet they still had children. Bringing one into this world like that is bad enough, but 3?? It's very selfish on their parts knowing their children will be born with medical problems. Like DREAM LOVER said, there are plenty of kids out there to adopt which is something they should have done if they wanted children that bad

Depending on what the medical problems were.. if they were that severe, than of course not. I wouldn't bring a child into this world to endure suffering and pain, as well as the emotional pain my future husband and I would go through. I would have a child with down syndrome or other disability related because those kids are amazing, and I look at them as just as much a miracle as any other. They live life to the fullest and are so happy. Sometimes I wish I could be as happy and as excited about the stuff they are!

hell no... this world is already hard enough to live in when you dont have severe medical problems...i wouldn't do that to somebody.... i would rather adopt a child with severe medical problems rather than create a new one (although i would never adopt one because of the fact that its too depressing and i would fear not being able to take proper care of the child)

We were told that our first born would have spina bifida. They wanted to do an amneo to confirm. The paper work for that procedure told us probability numbers for the baby's survival of the test. We decided sick or not he deserved to live and if the test could harm him we would just have to pray and wait until his birth to know how sick he was. He did come in this world with a birth defect but not the one they were afraid of. He has a whole in his heart and is living a strong healthy life in spite of it.

Yes I would. All children deserve a chance at fulfilled life. If my children were going to have severe medical problems, then someone somewhere thought that my husband and I would make the perfect parents and know that we could handle this.

i would adopt, there are a lot of children out there without the right parents and home.my cousin had a child born to her 18 years ago, shes got downs syndrome,it wasnt easy raising this child but when you have a child like this they claim the child is a special child.thats how i look at it.

That's why I didn't. Some genetic lines just shouldn't be perpetuated; nor should a child be born to satisfy some "need" of its parents if it's going to have to suffer all its life.

So sorry approximately your loss. What do you mean by skill of "no longer your blood." That is senseless in any respect. in case you do no longer understand precisely what a doctor is asserting you will desire to lead them to shop explaining till you DO understand. do no longer complication approximately finding dumb, that's substantial! it is your existence and the lives of your destiny toddlers at stake. That being suggested i think of what you're able to properly be conversing approximately is RH factor. as quickly as I had my toddler i replace into given photographs simply by fact i'm a A- and my husband replace into 0+ which would be risky to the toddler. What i do no longer understand is how your physician replace into blind to your blood form and the fathers blood form. except you probably did no longer pass to him till it replace into too late or in line with hazard do no longer understand who the dad replace into.

Not a chance. i would still want to have biological children, however i would feel way too guilty as i watched them grow up in pain,
knowing that i had children to satisfy my own desire to procreate. There are plenty of children who need loving parents, adopt, adopt, adopt!!!
