I am an amateur councilor, but very good. I've helped people in the face of the loss of loved ones, loved ones suffering disease, and my words are a natural relaxant. I've done all that on here, online, and I could be of great help to you.

What are you depressed about?
How young are you?
Have you had a lot of mishaps in life?

Life is queer with it's twist and turns, but you have to learn how to drive. As tense or distressed you get about a situation, you get no further in solving your problems. You must learn to relax, relate and release. No one can do it for you. You must take charge of your circumstances not holding your breath or blinking your eyes as if it will all disappear. Work out that thing that hinders you. There are no quick fixes. You must go through. That's what it is, you are just going through. It is not permanent thing in your life. You go through pauses in life but they are not to determine your outcome. Things and inanimate objects cannot move themselves only a human can do that. Just Do It!

Go on and take a chance at being free without all those hang-ups. Life is short. Live it to the fullest.
P.S. Hang around positive people. Preferably genuine Christians. They have fun too! They are Blessed and not Stressed!

Well I don't know where you live but I am sure there are plenty. You might be able to get one through your work. Or just look in the phone book under counsellor or something like that. I am very sorry. I hope they can help you!!

I'm not a counselor, but i can give some heartfelt answers. same with my Dad. or go to the book store, and get the following books: Who Will Cry When You Die?, The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari, Depression for Dummies, and Tuesdays with Morrie. or look in your
yellow pages and call a counselor
hope this will help!
