I know, right? And it's not just with garlic but with butter, too. Or any other condiment or seasoning for that matter. It's like, "Wow, look at that guy he's going to add tomato paste to that sauce. Watch out he's going to do something crazy!! Man, that guy is whack!"

I think because it is fragrant and the crowd knows it's going to smell good. Here's a question for you.. How many times is he going to say smellavision and pull of the knobs from his oven? It's only funny the first time you hear it, not the 100th.

I like his show very much, but I wouldnt eat a darn thing he cooks.....why dont they just make good old ordinary food without all the cuisine crap????? oh well....whatever sells...oh, bye the way....I been to his restaurants and the prices are out of sight for the type of food you get......I dont suggest going......my opinion tho......good luck
