The founding fathers were all immigrants, so why not? I think there should be guidlines - length of US citizenship, etc. Can't just be any Tom, Dick or Harriette that just stepped off the boat. But Arnold has been here a while and is currently involved in politics, so he should be able to go for it!

I doubt that would ever happen. I also don't believe Americans would elect a non-American president.
