i've been queasy and tired and about three weeks to a month ago my breasts were tender. I had a test about a week ago (at the doctors office) but I wasn't due to start until next week. I had a slight period but im still nauseaus and so tired and weak that I could just die......Im a little nervous, my husband will likely freak out. But i have an appointment monday just in case.

A friend of mine did. She now has a 10 year-old son. With tubal ligation there is less than a 1% chance of getting pregnant, BUT if it does happen, there is a 16-50% chance of having an etopic (Tubal) pregnancy. With a tubal pregnancy it can sometimes cause the home tests to read - when you are actually pregnant because it takes longer for HCG levels to rise.

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant herehttps://tr.im/LBQ9a
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

I haven't had my tubes tied but one of my aunts did have a baby after her tubes were tied. That is why my other aunt didnt settle at just getting them tied, she had the doctor cut out a chunk of her fallopian tubes and then each end was stitched shut.
