I'm trying to look for a card that is at most 200$.

oh ya i had guild wars and everythign was grey when i played but i got a graphic card for 150 dollars called AVG graphic card and i can play any game that has good graphics. but just go in future shop thats where i got my just tell em ur comptuer with a list with all ur computer info and they l just give u a card that will work instead of goin through all the trouble searching on the internet. btw i would reccomend u gettin the game rise and fall civilizations at war once u get the graphic card.

The question you should be asking is "What graphic cards are supported by my PC?" Answer that question first and then find one that meets the minimum requirements for GW.
I have an older Dell Dimension 2400 and I was able to buy a card for $80 that works great on guild wars.
