Don't make them chant or do spirit calls. Guys especially will not take you in nicely if you try to force something like that on them.
Have the girls make up their own. Give them creative control, and they'll be more motivated to make noise during meets.

The most beloved is definitely Mauer. Everyone knows he's the hometown kid, and one of the most down to earth people in baseball. He stuck with the Twins and signed a huge contract when he could have gotten more somewhere else. BQ- Probably Jim Thome. He's only been ejected once in his career, and he's a great player, #10 on the all time HR list, and he's done it cleanly. Orlando Hudson is very classy too. At autograph party, a kid brought him a card he couldn't sign, so he sent a security officer after a ball so the kid could still have the autograph. The Twins are all pretty classy guys, but I picked those two because of the situations I had to give.

Okay I am not sure how many teams have chants but I will use some from my summerleague, and yearround teams.

I would make this a unity project for your team. Assign the task to the captains and have them involve the rest of the team to come up something that is appropriate. That way the team works together to come up with something they like, and be willing to chant it at each meet.
