If you want to try and save this batch of babies, I would put her in a separate tank with a sponge filter or an airstone, some gravel from your tank, and lots of plants.

The sponge filter will help keep the babies alive because they won't be able to be pulled into it. If you can't get one of these, an airstone will at least keep the water oxygenated (you may want to get a small one, and add a flow valve so reduce the flow even more - you don't want the babies blown around! The gravel and plants will have small organisms the shrimp will be able to eat, and they may nibble the plants themselves. Just make sure the plants are somewhere where they can get enough light to survive until you get back. You can add one small piece of sinking food to the tank to help feed the shrimp and small organisms that come with the plant. No more, because you don't want to foul the water while you're gone.

Good luck with the shrimp!
