Not that exact one, but here is another voodoo doll you can knit. I'll keep looking a bit, will post more if I find it.

They look pretty simple. Take yarn and wrap around popsicle sticks and either a totally yarn head or wrap yarn around a stryofoam ball. You can just pin the peices together. Add felt or button details with a hot glue gun.
