Sorry, I don't have a video...you could always do a search on youtube for that. What's 'in' right now is doing it on the top of your bottom eyelid, which is just silly because it doesn't accentuate your eye. Get an eyeliner stick or pencil, start where your lashes start on the bottom lid, and draw right under where your lashes are as close as you can get without being right on them, all the way to the corner of your eye. You can go over it a little bit a few times back and forth so the color is even. Good luck with it!

You really shouldn't apply liner on your bottom lids. It just draw the eye toward the bottom of your eyes and makes you appear older. You want to line your top lids and maybe put a little white liner on the bottom to make your eyes pop. Lining the bottom will also make your eyes appear smaller. Good luck. 2D
