I'm looking for some new make-up products and I am wondering what brands you recomend for the following:

1.) tinted moisterizer
2.) blush
3.) mascara
4.) lip-balm
5.) mouth wash
6.) face cleanser
7.) face moisterizer
8.) body spray

4.) victorias secret beauty rush or lush lip balms are great too
5.) scope
6.) clean and clear(!)
7.) clean and clear that comes in a white bottle with purple top... ah-mazing its the best!!!!
8.) bath and body works sprays, there are tons of flavors to choose from

1) Clinique - never tried it, but I heard it's really good (a little pricey though)
2) Nars - I ALWAYS hear good reviews on them.
3) Any Shisheido mascaras to hold the curl, and then two coats of Max Factor 2000 Calories.
4) Beeswax
5) Johnson Johnson
6) Cetaphil, Almay bar soap, or Olay Cleanser
7) Cetaphil Moisterizer for Sensitive Skin
8) Bath and Body Works or Victory Secrets

Go to Sephora and get a free "make over" where they reccomend you the best brand for all of those products (and apply them to you) for your skin/preferences.

For tinted moisturizer I use Mary Kay's new line, and it's wonderful - it comes with a regular face moisterizer as well.
I use all of their products inlcuding lip treatments, blush, and mascara, I'm a huge fan of them.
But if you're not interesterd in that, seriously, go to Sephora - it's free to find out the stuff that's right for you!
