I would say on the 'Upper' side of Leytonstone like Kings Road/ Queens road. Its a very clean place to live hope you like it.

Firstly 60K a year is rather an excellent salary especially for someone who is 26 years old. Thats over double the national average for a Briton! Homes around central London are expensive so its best to go out a bit, however London is heavily connected with Transport so it will be easy to get to Central London.
