I have seen here on YA recipes for homemade baby wipes- sounds like a great idea. But does anyone have a recipe for making homemade cleaning wipes, like the clorox wipes or windex wipes? Would you just soak the paper towels in the cleaning liquid and store, or do you add something else?

I recently started using a solution made up of vinegar, hot water, and a little liquid soap. I use it in a spray bottle. But, you could use it to make wipes. It works good, especially as a "green" cleaning solution. It can be used for floors, counters, stove, bathroom...everything basically...

I used to have a recipe for them, then my other computer crashed. Go to www.ask.com and ask this question and it should direct you to a site where you can get one. I know it involves cutting a role of paper towels in half.
