I bought a pair of shoes on ebay for £40, they arrived today but they're way to big for me (my fault, i ordered a 6 when i'm really a 5.5 but they don't hav that size so i risked it).

Anyway, I want to resell the shoes on ebay. Is th allowed? what happens if i make more money than the original seller? thanks

Of course you can resell them. They're yours. If you make more than the original seller, good for you and too bad for them. Once they sold you the shoes they have no more rights to them.

your kidding right ?? What are you afraid of making money? If you feel bad about maybe making a small profit, just sell them for the same price you paid for. Case closed !!!
