Not much because you don't have kids or property. You just testify that you want the marriage to end and reconciliation is not possible.
Do not feed the urge to tell the judge everything. The judge won't care and will even get irritated because there are too many cases he has to hear by the end of the court day.

Well, you probably live in a state where there is no fault divorce, which means that you don't have to prove that he cheated, you just have to say that you are separated and your relationship is irreconcilable. The judge will ask you a few things, about being pregnant or having children, how long you have been separated and what property is to be divided. If your situation is really how you describe it then it should be no more then about 30 min of jabber and then your done.

Since there is nothing to divide and the only disagreement is that he doesn't want it. You'll be called to the stand, the judge will ask you yes and no questions and do the same for him and then grant you the divorce. Just remember to say Yes or No YOUR HONOR. Show complete respect to the judge. Be strong but not so strong that you come off like a *****. Its nerve racking...just remember to not go into to many emotional details if any, unless the judge asks. Good luck, hope everything goes well for you.

The Judge will ask several questions as to why he shouldnt grant the divorce and if your husband can show just reason, the Judge could order marriage counseling and delay a decision but this is rare. You should beawarded your divorce and then the Judge will decide the rest; marital property, bills division

The judge will ask you individually what happened in the marriage to bring you to divorce court. You will be given the opportunity to tell about his cheating, bring proof if you have it, names, places, etc., he will be given the opportunity to give his side and if he wants to ask for a recncilliaion. You can refuse. You will not be "forced" to stay married if you don't want to. Just be truthful and answer all questions put to you and above all, and i know this will be hard but don't be afraid.

The man is going to drag this out, get an attorney now! In the long run a good divorce attorney will save you money and time.
Hopefully you have documented his cheating.
Good luck

You'll both say things that make you hate each other even more, and then afterwards, you'll go get drunk somewhere, find some other guy, and take him home, take him to bed, and then you'll have forgotton all about it. Until the next morning, you'll wake up with a hangover and realize the man you slept with is your ex's best friend!!!
YIKES
