Will there be a minimum wage increase in NY in 2008?

We just had one in January that took it to $7.15/hr and I believe there may be one next year.

There was one that took effect yesterday, There will be one nationwide next year and then in 2009
If the state minimum wage is above the federal min wage increase set for next year, there will NOT be an increase in NY. If the state minimum wage is below the federal min wage increase set for next year, then the state wage will rise to meet it
