Im doing a research thing on autism, and it is said that they sometimes refer to themselves with other words than "Me" or "i". What should i write that these words are called? Answers are appriciated!

Yup, those are pronouns. The usual phrase to describe the situation you mention is 'referring to themselves in the third person". That is, as you said, using 'he' or 'she' instead of 'I'.

I believe they are pronouns. So one of the signs of autism is they do not use personal prounouns wen referring to themselves.

2nd and 3rd person pronouns. They take the place of the name of a person. "You" is the 2nd person pronoun; the rest are 3rd.
