No, I do not think any decent republican will stand for the impeachment of Bush and Cheney as they have committed no crime.
Why haven't the Dems removed William Jefferson? I guess trying to protect American from terrorists is worthy of impeachment but taking hundreds of thousands of dollars in brides is just fine.

Probably not. The Democrat leaders know who will vote for impeachment and who won't, and if they had enough Republican votes, I believe they'd start proceedings. Consider how many Republicans vote to bring back the troops or given them more time between active duty tours in Iraq.
Are they decent. No, and they have little respect for the law, unless they're using it against others. Consider how they've treated the conviction of Libby and the contempt citation of Harriet Miers. The inquiry into whether the administration punishes its critics by ruining careers and giving out classified information was a "fishing expedition". It wasn't that the investigators were wrong, the argument was that they should not inquire. Libby's mandatory minimum sentence was "too harsh". The sentencing rules are for everyone else. Harriet Mier's refusal to appear and testify was absolute "executive privilege". If Congress wants to enforce its subpoena, Bush has directed the US attorney to reject the case. This is total disrespect for the law, there is little or no Republican outcry, and therefore, there are few decent Republicans..
