paid all of the medical bills from when i went to emergency.
What exactly can I do??? Can I sue the restaurant??? They have to pay the bill...everytime I mentioned it to them, they said they would handle it and still have not!!!

Contact the insurance company directly, let them know what is going on with the unpaid bills. Stop going to the restaurant directly as they are showing you that they are not going to take care of stuff. Find out from the insurance company directly why the bill is not paid. If you don't get answers from the carrier directly then decide if you need an attorney.
