Is anyone aware of the current legal dispute between Beyonce and a MN woman who originally created the hook for the song "baby boy"? The womans agent had her sing it over the phone to Beyonce and months later she heard the song on the radio, so Im just wondering if anyone has heard anything about the Texas court date?

She has been in court for this for well over a year and at least two judges have confirmed Beyonce's violation of copyright laws. I only want to hear from people who have real information about the case.

I hadn't heard that but it's true you can read the story here,it seems the case has been settled now as the title is "Judge Rules Beyoncé Did Not Infringe Copyright in Song 'Baby Boy"

okaii that happened a rly long time ago and they had a court date but nothing happened
she did not steal that song. that woman was just probably trying to get money.
do u honestly think someone like beyonce who has all the talent in the world would do that?

Another person out ot make an easy buck. Sad, do you really think someone like Beyonce would risk doing something like that.?? Have to consider that before we condemn....sad world full of jealous, lazy people.
