I honestly don't think I have a least favorite Disney song! I LOVE Disney, so they're all great in my book! "Bare Necessities" is SO cute - especially when my granddaughter sings it! ;-)
I guess if I have to pick one though, it would have to be Ashley Tisdale's rendition of "Kiss the Girl" from The Little Mermaid. WHO on earth told Ashley she had a voice for singing??? THEY LIED!!!

It's A Small World After All. The song in itself is not bad, but as anyone who has ever been on that ride at Disneyland knows, it takes a good month to get it out of your head once you hear it!
