Do the same as i did the first time around... Had loads of fun, partying, working hard, hanging out with loads of friends, singing and touring. 17 was one of the best years of my life....

I know what most people would say.....

my first inclination would be

I would of studied harder, i would not have gotten involved with that guy who beat me and left me for dead, I would have imacipated myself from my bipolar abusive mother and moved in with my great aunt and uncle.

I take all of that back if i would have changed anything i did i would not be the person i am now. I would not have learned the lessons i did. In the end i would risk the happiness in my life i have at this moment

I have a wonderful husband, a 1 year old daugher who is a joy, i am back in school going for my ba in psy and i am working on buying my first house.

I must say patience is a virtue

I would go to art college and then travel the world, which was my original idea before my parents mucked it up...and then I shelved it all for love and family! Can't say I regret it though, but I often think 'what if'....so all you 17 year-olds out there...follow your dreams whatever happens!

One part of me indulges in the fantasy of 'lots of sex,' as much as I could handle ~ though, I have to say, not the meaningless kind.

Stay fit and discover my Self and my potentials ...though I could really only do that with hindsight as I've grown in confidence as I've grown older. To try and fake confidence without the experiences I've had, would simply be 'faking.'

Tell myself it is ok to end friendships. Dont hang on to family and friends out of responsibility. Your reason for being born is to find out who you are not support others views.
