scientists send the radio waves in space for finding the exsistance of life on other planet and wait for there answer but what if the life on other planet have not developed?

MAYBE aliens exist. That is why scientists are listening for signals from space. But they are not sending messages. People think they are, but they aren't. But our TV and other signals do accidentally make it to space and could be picked up by aliens.

Then they wont hear anything. But the could be living in caves now. And the time the single reaches them they could be in to space, We will have to wait the same time for a reply. Will they be anyone listening out for them?

according to mathematical reasoning there is life on other planets, and also there is a planet almost exactly like earth but it is so far that by the time we receive a message from them earth will be gone
