One idea would be for all of you to go to one friends house, and you could look on the Internet to find cool things to do, make a list, and vote for how many things you have the money for. And each year, do the same thing at someone Else's place.

Not sure how young of teens you are, but if you're old enough to travel alone, Chicago and Las Vegas are pretty cheap to fly to from anywhere for a 2 or 3 night weekend. You can share an inexpensive hotel room. Lots of fun stuff to do, even just walking around. Or, you can all pile into one of the friend's houses for a long weekend.
Do some research on www.kayak.com for airfare and Expedia for airfare and hotels.

What is the city or town that is equal distance from you all (as much as possible) and go there for your holiday. Looks like it is going to be something like in the middle of Nebraska!!!!

If you go to either coast it is not going to be fair because it will be less expensive for one of you to get there.

Even if it turns out to be a small place that is not touristy or anything, have a really fun time discovering all the things there are to do in that town!! Go in summer and find out if there is a lake nearby, plus you can go for lots of walks and stuff.

That's what I would do!

You might try Orlando too -- cheap airfares into that city, plenty of hotels and plenty to do.
