They are regular people that go through typical adolescent behavior but WE get punished and THEY just keep doing the same or worse behavior... I don't have an answer to your question but someone needs to start treating them like any other citizen otherwise the next generation or STARS will only be worse. I'm happy to not be walking or driving in California!!! LOL

I' m not so sure that the Brandy case is over. And I am sure that she must be suffering too. I can't imagine someone being responsible for an accident that took the life of someone else, NOT having some feelings about it. It does seem that celebs tend to get away with drugs, drunk driving, etc. Perhaps because they have money to instantly bail themselves out - and they have good lawyers standing by to protect their interest. But you know, the more of them that have their names in the paper and on the new shows, the more press they get, the more the 'little people' complain - and these are officials that we may vote into office. I think they are coming around and seeing how unwise these young people are. In my opinion -they are getting too much too quickly. Some of them have not even completed high school. It's like putting a gun in the hands of a 5 year old. They don't know what to do with the success and the money. One thing is for sure - their lives and careers are on short order.

Let's clarify here: The police determined in Brandy's case that it was an accident and that she was not drunk or on drugs when it happened (but that didn't stop the surviving relatives from slapping Brandy with a $25 million wrongful death lawsuit, did it?) Lindsay Lohan was just nailed for DUI for the second time in three months and they found cocaine in her car. I'm betting Lindsay has less to worry about than Brandy since the civil suit is happening in the most left-wing liberal state in the union -- she'll probably have to pay millions to the family for a honest-to-goodness accident while Lindsay will get a slap on the wrist and be sent on her way.

I Don't know cause there celebrities but still I dont understand what makes them so special either way.
Like Paris Hilton always drunk driving they finally put her in jail and then they decided to take her out early.

The Brandy thing was an accedent... really it could happen to anyone.... we've all gotten in wrecks!
However with the drugs and drunk driving it's all about the money... with enough of it you can buy your way out of anything!!
