Though I'm a man, I guess it might be better to be a woman. You women are much prettier, so you have something to admire when you look in the mirror. We men have to check to see if we have hair growing in our ears, and are relieved if we don't find any.
If we scratch ourselves wherever we itch in public, we are perceived as disgusting. If you do it, you get asked for your number. If we stick out a little too much with our manliness, we are showing off. If you stick out too much with your womanly breasts, you are again perceived as sexy, and asked for a date.
We sweat, you "perspire". We fart and laugh. You do the same, and blame it on the nearest man - then laugh. We laugh at stupid stuff like "Dumb and Dumber", and you roll your eyes at how disgusting we are. When we leave, you hit the replay button, and laugh even harder.
When you have a bad day, you can blame it on your "time of the month", being pregnant, or PMS. We simply have to suck it up and bear it, because otherwise we are being "unmanly".
And the best part of being a woman is you get to give us men ideas, then let us think it was our idea all along.....

Some cultures treat women as second class citizens, so for much of the world the answer is better to be a man. For the USA it's a toss up. Women have achieved equality in most areas of life, and tend to live healthier, longer lives than men. That said, I prefer to be what I am, a Man.

I love being a woman. The only time I would want to be a man is when I have to take a leak - they can pee virtually anywhere without having to squat and the line is never long in public places

Man, this is a man's world still...though it is slowly improving. In most of the world, living as a woman is significantly worse

Much more fun to be a woman, probably easier to be a man though. Takes less time to get ready and can pee standing up.
