Supposedly, they are visual, so size is all that matters, what they are made of is of little concern to them.

From a female point of view, I'd say the vote goes for the real thing. Size is not always a factor. If a woman is built like Dolly Parton, she might be intimidating. In France, they say that anything larger than what would fit into a champagne glass is too big. In the U.S., the standard is if she can't hold a pencil between them, they're too small. It's strictly a matter of preference. And let's not lose sight of the breasts' real purpose -- to feed babies, not to play up to men's fantasies.

The truth is men love nipples, the bigger the better. As far as breasts, some fake breasts are okay, but I can tell you that they are for viewing not for touching. My friends and I all agree that variety is where it's at, big or small, soft or firm, droopy or perky, they're all fun. So real does matter, size not so much.

As a (straight) woman, I find smaller to medium sized breasts to be MUCH more attractive than fake breasts of any size and large real breasts.
I think a small chest is really adorable, and I think fake breasts are just not that aesthetically pleasing. To me it looks like someone stuck grapefruit under a tightly pulled sheet, and that's not attractive in the least. Most women who get huge implants have horrible self esteem anyway (I didn't say all women!). I love my breasts as they are.

I can understand them for prosthetic reasons, and I can even understand them for the psychological reasons ~ though I'd likely argue against the psychological ones**.
I've no experience of 'silicone' and no desires to. I'd really rather not come into close contact with them.
I do wonder what women would think if a guy had implants / extensions added to his penis ...quoting the same reasons** to justify himself as those given by women (other that for the prosthetic / surgical ones)

I'd like to see a woman's boobs with silicone 30 years from now. Men, you might as well date a plastic barbie doll instead of a "real" woman.

Definitely prefer the real thing. Unless they are so small it looks like a guy's chest. In that one case, I could deal with the fake ones.

I hate fake breasts! Especially the huge ones that look like beach balls.
Real ones all the way! I prefer them medium to large but small ones are great too!

I don't mind implants.
There seems to be a common misconception that women think men think bigger is better when it comes to breasts, which isn't the case.
Shape is very important to how attactive a womens chest looks to men, well this one anyway.
