Do something remarkable, be a great person, have money, donate to worthy causes, campaign and raise money to cure diseases, and have talent. Being popular already means nothing, as people like Angelina Jolie started out being known as a geek in school. Speaking of which, STAY IN SCHOOL! You don't want to be known for your bad habits and immaturity.

Marry rich (multi-billionaire-rich, not just CEO-of-a-small-company-rich), cure a disease, become a pro athlete (and break a few records), star in a few dozen Hollywood films, forever end war, record several platinum albums, write 100+ best-selling novels, correctly predict the Second Coming of Christ, disprove at least 5 of Einstein's theories, become President, live to be at least 300 years old, or single-handedly overthrow a major world power.
Do all of these things, and you will be The. Most. Famous. Person. Ever.

Unfortunately for you, the best way to be famous is to devote your life to doing something really well, and then getting lucky (or unlucky). Those who have fame as a goal rarely achieve it, and rarely accomplish much of anything.
