IBM shadowed BIOS?

BIOS at startup of IBM shows BIOS and video are shadowed. How do I turn this off?

I thought I browsed all option on my BIOS but didn't see it. Is this because BIOS went to default setting where it was previously set to start off a network?

I think you will find that "shadowed BIOS" means that the BIOS has been moved to RAM for speed and convenience in operation. It isn't something you want turned off. See here
