The lead singer of Fort Minor is Mike Shinoda, the rapper from Linkin Park.....Linkin Park teamed up with Jay-Z and did a remix album so they did work together once....

Fort Minor is Mike Shinoda, who originated from Linkin Park. So Linkin Park has Chester and Mike/Fort Minor as the vocalists.
Jay-Z collaborated with them to make an album. He's not part of the band.
