I was wondering. So many rumors about his existence? Princes Di being linked to the former body guard of her's. Harry really looks more and more like Hewitt. Will he ever ask for a paternity test? Then what would that mean to his position to the throne of Britain?

No - why would he? If the test showed he was really Hewitt's (or someone else's) biological son, then he would lose his place in the line of succession (and possibly other privileges as well). Trust me, being son of the future King has a lot more upside than being the son of a horse riding instructor.

Never. He would not have a chance to get near the throne after that.

Anyway, would you "poke a sleeping bear" and go asking if James Hewitt is your dad when he is known for being vulgar and a low-life when the whole world quietly accepts that your "father" is the first in line to the throne?

Harry landed on his feet without doing anything.

They have done paternity tests. Charles was proved as the father. Although Princess Dianan admitted to an affair with James Hewitt she always said that the dates never matched up to him being a possible father.

NO,

Because that would create a scandal, the mere asking for the test and then if the test was negative it would threaten his chance for the throne. Finally, imagine how much it would hurt his father to ask him for that test. Harry loved his mother a lot, but he loves his father too, and his father represents the closest family that he has.

harry's father IS prince charles, don't join the ranks of the stupid and try to shock anyone, hewitt was on tv and he said he didn't know diana when harry was born, the b'stard did point out that he could have been his father if he'd been born 2 years later though.

I was looking at a picture of him the other day in some gossip magazine and thought to myself, that he looks nothing like William (compared to how much William looks like Diana) If I were him I would. Imagine it came out in something dramatic like he needed a kidney or had a really rare blood type and then found out his "dad" wasn't really his dad.

Prince Harry knows who his father is, we all do Prince Charles.

Why does a child have to look like their siblings? My sister looks nothing like me nor my mother or father. She looks more like our great grandmother.

By the way, my mother's family are convinced I am her double and my father's family think I am his double!

At the end of the day anybody can be a sperm donor - it takes more than that to be a 'father'.

I am not a royalist but i feel sorry for Harry
How would any of us like it if the media said our dad was not our dad and actually named someone else
The poor boy must feel awful

Unless William dies childless it`s a moot argument.
