and happier in certain countries? for example would a misanthrope or loner live more happier in canada or france and maybe choosing the people he wants to mix with and be friends with, as opposed to say living in britain where as i see it....its a society you have to conform to..outside, independant mentality is opposed..so a misathropist or loner or person who had a set of strong ideals and a certain notion about how he wants to live, wouldnt be happy?
i could be wrong bout this...just wanting to know what you thought about this?

A person who is a loner and a person who lives alone are two different people. A loner does not want people around and a person who lives alone likes people does not want to live with them. I chose to live alone and have done so for nearly twenty-five years. No matter which it is, you have to conform to the laws of the nation.

A loner is a person who prefers his own company as opposed to socializing. A misanthrope, actually hates people and thus, avoids them. Neither is what you'd call a party animal. And I really don't think it makes that much difference where they live, or what country, since they are antisocial and don't mix with other people that readily, anyway. Both types are non-conformists and usually abide by their own agendas. If one is fortunate enough to win their friendship, let them be their own person and try to make allowances for their idiosyncrasies. I hope that answers your question.

Sure, I suppose that societies more accepting of loners would be a happier place for a loner to live...
