You haven't given us much information to work with, so here's some general advice. First, do you have any experience? If so, make sure you arrive at interviews with references prepared. If you've only had babysitting jobs, you can still get recommendation letters from the parents you babysit for. Daycare providers have to be very careful about who they hire, so make sure you're prepared to show them that you have a good track record in working with children.
